Gigle expands ‘any wire’ distribution network

August 7, 2017

Gigle has expanded its global distribution network for its ‘any wire’ multimedia home networking technology.

Distributors of the Gigle any wire Semiconductor now span China, Taiwan, and Europe.

New sales representatives and distributors include Fortune Techgroup and Lumax International Corp in China, Apache Communications in Taiwan, and Redtree Solutions in Europe.

“By adding regional contacts, Gigle can further engage with its customers,” said Tom Foster, Gigle’s vice president of sales.

Gigle’s ‘any wire’ Semiconductor provides system-on-chip integrated circuits to enable multimedia home networking over any wire, including power lines, coax cables, and phone lines.

Consumer electronics firms, service providers, and other embedded system OEMs can use the technology to develop simple, secure home networking products.

Applications include HD IPTV, BBTV, VoD, and VoIP.
